BARB launches Dovetail multi-screen programme ratings

The first stage of BARB’s Dovetail Fusion project launched on 25th September. For the first time users are able to identify the number of people watching TV programmes across four screens; TV sets, PCs, tablets and smartphones.


RSMB have played an active role in achieving this important milestone working with BARB to oversee the implementation of Kantar Media’s measurement solution.  RSMB will now undertake ongoing quality control of the methodology and reporting.

RSMB will also assist in the development and implementation of the second stage which will add multi-screen reach and time spent viewing metrics to Dovetail reporting.
