a) Personal data you provide to RSMB

You will provide RSMB with personal data when you correspond with RSMB via the Website, either on your own behalf or on behalf of an organisation.  You will also provide us with personal data when you subscribe to receive our marketing.

As you use the Website, RSMB will collect technical data including your browser type, the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, and your usage habits. RSMB collects this data through Webflow, Google Analytics and/or by using cookies.

7.      International transfers

The Website is hosted on servers commissioned by our provider Webflow from Fastly and AWS Cloudfront. These are located globally to allow fast loading. Webflow anonymize all IP addresses and server logs in compliance with GDPR. Webflow's EU & Swiss Privacy Policy which includes the UK provides more information about their GDPR compliance.

If you have consented to receiving marketing communications from us, we may store your personal data with third party provider(s) with servers located outside of the EEA.  Any such provider(s) will be registered with the EU-US Privacy Shield, which requires them to provide similar protection to personal data shared between the Europe and the US, and means that the transfer is in accordance with European data privacy laws.
